By using Cooksy, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't use the product.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Cooksy — including the website, waitlist, and app — you confirm that you're at least 13 years old and agree to these terms. If you're using Cooksy on behalf of an organisation, you agree on their behalf too.

Beta access

Cooksy is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice. We'll do our best to be transparent about major changes, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or data permanence during this phase. Your feedback helps us build something worth keeping.

Your content

Anything you add to Cooksy — pantry items, meal logs, preferences — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your data. We use it only to make Cooksy work for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited use

You may not use Cooksy to: reverse engineer the app, scrape data, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or violate any applicable law. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Limitation of liability

Cooksy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the product — including lost data, missed meals, or other indirect losses. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you've paid us (which, during beta, is zero).
